Working Out Outdoors

Spring is the perfect time to ditch the gym and head outside. Exercising outdoors is challenging and studies have shown that it actually makes you feel better! So head to the closest park  and complete the following circuit below for strength training!

Begin with a 5 min warm-up of your choice and repeat the following exercises 3 times.

1. 20 Mountain Climbers on each leg

2. 20 Pushups


3. 20 Toe Touches

Tip: Keep Shoulders lifted and belly tight. Visualize sucking the belly button in touching the floor.

4. 20 Butt Lifts

Tip: Don’t allow your butt to touch the floor. Breath out as your butt lifts towards the sky, breath in when it goes down.
