Losing Weight: Where do you begin?

70% Diet and 30% Gym. Remember this. Focus on the time you’re outside of the gym just as much as you do when you are inside the gym. First this first – get your calories or macros in order. Whichever you prefer. If you don’t know what you are eating each day, then you will have no idea how to adjust. If you are eating randomly, then you are not thinking about your diet. If you’re not thinking about your diet, then you don’t care. If you don’t care then you don’t have much of a goal. You should know what your next meal is before you eat it. Before going to bed, you should know what your meals are the next day, the portions, the measurement, and the reason why you’re eating these foods!
