Yes I lift weights, yes I practice Yoga and yes I perform Cardio…but a type of cardio that counts…meaning high intensity for maximum heart rate and fat burn, and for only a 30-40 minute time frame. It kicks my butt and I love it! Summer is right around the corner..No excuses, it’s time to MOVE!!!
I’m sharing one of my routines I named “I’m Sexy and I Know It”.
Warm Up: 5 min Any Style
Cardio / Metabolic Duration ( 30 – 40 min) NO REST!
- Walk on Incline OR run at a steady pace for 5 min. Hop Off Treadmill CAREFULLY
- 10 Jump Squats
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Switch Jump Lunges
Get Back on Treadmill and Repeat over and over as many times as you can for 30 – 40 mins.
