Green Smoothie

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day why not just wear your green but drink your greens! Green smoothies are the perfect smoothies to get a daily dose of vitamins and minerals in your diet!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of celery chopped
  • Juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Water
  • 1 whole apple
  • 1 whole banana

 

Recipe: 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender on high speed. Pour into cup, enjoy!
