Who knew that these 2 amazing human beings would cause such a stir in emotion when they were announced the “WINNERS”?!
Not only did they lose the most weight, body fat %, and gain lean muscle but these 2 also showed so much dedication, commitment, and consistency. Committing to a healthy lifestyle is not always easy, we have challenges not only in our bodies but more so in our minds. We are constantly battling our minds wanting us to stop anything good for us, to make excuses not to workout or eat healthy. It becomes about us being “conscious” and aware of these thoughts and learning how to turn them around as soon as we hear them in our heads. This is not an easy task, it is something we have to start paying attention to and stopping those thoughts in our mind as soon as they appear.
So how do we do that? It starts with an awareness…. it starts with what you are truly committed to in your life. Once you know what you are committed to then you need to review and see if your actions are reflecting your commitments. If not, new actions need to be taken or we stay the same. I don’t know about you but I want to grow and be open to as much growth as possible, that’s not always easy but what’s the alternative? Staying the same and always complaining and wishing for better? Not me and definitely not our winners of our challenge!
