One of my favorite things to make in the morning are smoothies. They are the perfect meal to brighten up your mood and bring a little spring into your step. Smoothies are easy and also give your body amazing nutritional benefits if you use the right ingredients!
Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz of Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen/fresh Berries
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 scoop of protein power
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients into blender and use the ice/pulse mode.
- Continue to mix ingredients together.
- Pour mixture into cup! Sprinkle with Chia Seeds and Hemp seed!
