Agility Drills

Agility Drills will work your leg muscles, core muscles, and the tendons in your body.

This week at Extreme Results Fitness we are focusing on Agility Drills.

Agility drills are used in the aim of improving sports agility, which is the ability to change direction, and accelerate while in motion.

The ability to change direction while in motion is very important in many sports, but especially in team, and dual sports.

Agility drills are not only for professional athletes. The purpose of agility drills is not only to improve speed, but to increase stride length, and balance. Also, this type of training provides a great cardiovascular workout that is sure to make you sweat. Making this kind of workout perfect for anyone looking to improve themselves.

Speed, and agility drills are designed to work all your leg, and core muscles, as well as the tendons in your body. It is important to train at a level that is equal to your current fitness intensity level to help increase your performance, and to minimize injury.

Challenge yourself to improve your response time, quickness, and agility. By focusing on your agility with Extreme Results Fitness this week, you will increase your ability to move, and blast the fat. All at once!

    Excellent post.

One thing I have noticed about certain sites is that, even though they have tons of content, the site looks great and the headlines are eye catching is that the material is simply filler. It’s downright unreadable. You can forget it 6 seconds after you read it. Not the case with your post though, really enjoyed it reading it and it held my attention all the way through! Keep it up.
